[session] Chinese Internet | @CloudExpo @CDSGlobalCloud #SDS #DataCenter

If you had a chance to enter on the ground level of the largest e-commerce market in the world – would you?

Understanding the Inscrutable Chinese Internet

If you had a chance to enter on the ground level of the largest e-commerce market in the world - would you? China is the world's most populated country with the second largest economy and the world's fastest growing market. It is estimated that by 2018 the Chinese market will be reaching over $30 billion in gaming revenue alone.

Admittedly for a foreign company, doing business in China can be challenging. Often changing laws, administrative regulations and the often inscrutable Chinese Internet combined with ICP registration, the Great Firewall, and BGPs have resulted in a limited foreign market in Mainland China. Today there are more than 60 existing governmental Internet regulations that are implemented by the provincial branches of state-owned ISPs, companies, and organizations. In addition, each province of China has its own set of rules and regulations that vary widely from each other.

In his session at 19th Cloud Expo, Yi Zheng, CPO & VP of Engineering at CDS Global Cloud, will explain how your company can overcome these challenges and become part of the largest e-commerce market in the world.
